• Initial Advice & Preparation -
  Our Migration agent will collect, examine and assess all the required information and documentation necessary for your application; inform you of the likelihood of success; and advise you of any features that may increase the prospect of a successful application and of factors that may assist you in obtaining a prompt processing from DIAC, including the following:
• Pre-Application Preparation -
  Every visa category has specific legal requirements that need to be fulfilled before a valid application can be made. KD Migration Services will determine these various requirements as they relate to your chosen visa and your own personal circumstances. We will consult with you in preparing all relevant documentation and applications for the appropriate authorities.
• Submission & Lodgement -
  KD Migration Services will prepare any necessary submission to the relevant bodies such as assessing authorities, State or Territory Governments or Employers. This will ensure that all the necessary provisions are fulfilled before lodging of your application to the Department of Immigration and Citizenship (DIAC).
• Lodgement & Continues Monitoring until Decision -
  KD Migration Services will review and prepare all the material provided by you to ensure that it conforms to the criteria specified by the department for the grant of the visa; translate & certify required documentation and lodge your Visa Application with the Australian Department of Immigration and Citizenship (DIAC). Your application will be closely monitored to ensure that it is being processed in a timely manner. Further communications from the Department will be handled and information provided as and when Necessary. Monitoring continues until a decision on your specific case is made by DIAC.
